"The assembly of the steam pocket was a piece of cake, simply snap the 3 pieces together,
Fill it with water and you're good to go.
I can clean all the floors in my house (whice is 2,800 sq. ft.) in less than an hour and they are spotless!
I have a variety of flooring also-hardwood, laminate, and tile. The Steam pocket Cleans equally well on all surfaces and does not streak at all. It glides easily across all surfaces and the swivel head makes cleaning in tight spots just so easy!
I had also cleaned my garage floor with it and I cannot believe the dirt that it picked up!

"I bought this mop a few weeks ago and I must say that I Love it.
I love the extra long cord that allows me to mop almost the whole house, with only moving the plug once.
To those of you shorter or taller folk the handle is adjustable, so you can adjust it to your comfort.
It has lots of steam and cleaned my floors very easily. The swivel head moved around corners and worked great.
Bye bye swiffer wet jet. I am glad I can clean my floors without chemicals for my kids.

"I'm absolutely sold on this model, which is Shark's newest entry in steam mops.
My kitchen floor extends to another room and is pretty large. The tile has a decorative "dimpling" in it, which has defeated other types of cleaning instruments in the past. But the Shark steam pocket did a fabulous, fabulous job, going beneath surface dirt to grime below.
I have the cleanest kitchen floor I've had since I moved in six years ago.
I also love the wonderfully long cord, that liberates me from the necessity of stopping to find a new outlet.
The water in the steam container last my whole cycle as well.
I'm using one side of one wedge pad on two bathroom floors, blazing through them in a heartbeat.
I'm also using it on my tiled shower floor, and the results are Amazing.
I love the idea I can do this without chemicals or having to constantly buy new pads.
I also love that the mop is light in weight, which is a real plus if you have a bad back or other such issues."
"I've tried multiple steam mops prior to this one (bissell, steamboy) and have returned all of them to the store for one reason or another.
I was skeptical trying another one, but this one looked to have some nice features. I have to say that the steam pocket is is by far the best steam mop that I've used. The Large water reservoir allows you to mop a large area without refilling.
This is the ONLY steam mop I've tried that works as advertised as far as steaming the floor. All of the others left the floor soaking wet, but not this one.
It cleans amazingly and dries very quickly. Cleaned my whole kitchen, dinette, foyer, and bathroom and only needed to use one side of the two-sided pad, so the other side is ready for the next use."
"I've been using the swiffer wet cloth mops for years, and buying those disposable cloths sure get expensive.
Not to mention, they usually take how many cloths just to get one floor clean.
I liked how the Shark steam mop used hot steam to clean and NO CHEMICALS to leave a residue.
The microfiber cleaning cloths are also machine washable and you can use BOTH sides of them!

"This product is unbelievable. I used it on hardwood and ceramic tile, and the results are stunning.
I've used Murphy's Oil Soap on my hardwood for years, and the Shark steam pocket mop cleaned much better, and left absolutely no residue.
I was equally pleased with the end result after cleaning my ceramic tile. It's also FAST a quick vacuum, hit the floors with this thing, and you're set!"
